Worlds Cheapest Homes - Welcome

Worlds Cheapest Homes was originally conceived because it was becoming increasingly difficult to purchase a home in the United Kingdom due to the house price hike that had taken place over the last 5 - 8 years.  In fact the house prices in the UK have risen on average by 18% year on year - making the average house price around £222,256.

In some respects this website was borne out of desperation to buy a home.  We had spent months scouring the Internet looking for properties before we decided to look further afield.  It was this that made us realise that it was still possible to purchase affordable homes in many parts of Europe and further afield.
Hence - Worlds Cheapest Homes was born.

At Worlds Cheapest Homes we are committed to making it easier for people to find, buy and sell properties over the internet and are dedicated to helping people create homes for themselves.  We have purposely avoided using phases such as "properties" and "investments" because we believe that houses are homes and are not there not profit from.

Worlds Cheapest Homes doesn’t charge private sellers or buyers to add property listings to its database. It does charge agents if they wish to add multiple properties but then again an agent would also charge us - so we do not have any problem with this.

What you see on this website is just the start of what we hope will be a huge success.  We are looking towards the future already and have plans to allow users and agents to upload videos and 3d plans of new properties.  We are also working on "shortlists", or "your favourites", so you can save properties to view latter.  And virtual tours will be coming very soon.
