Because we are completely free and have a very large worldwide user base. We offer no nonsense advice and assistance in the buying and selling process and can help you obtain the legal advice you might require to purchase a home abroad.
It is completely free to add your properties if you are a private seller or an established agent. The only thing we ask is that private sellers, buyers and agents first must register to add properties and to view the property details. Thats it!
How we can help
As we are completely free for most listings we have developed one subscription package that enables agents and private sellers to list their properties as featured. Featured listings are more prominent and are always on top of the normal free listings. This applies for all searches. Featured listings also show up on the featured properties containers throughout the site.
We also have a free business directory, where you add your property related business for free. But as with the property listings you can subscribe to have your business featured.

• Remember, you can list as many properties over the year as you wish. However, you can only have one property listed at any one time.

Featured Directory Listing

• How much? £3 to £13 per 1000 banner impressions. There are three levels of banner advertising on this site.
o Level One – Home page - £13 per 1000 banner impressions.
o Level Two – All other pages determined by whether they are on the top menu of the site - £8 per 1000 banner impressions.
o Level Three – Inner pages including inner community pages - £3 per thousand banner impressions.

o £0 – Normal Listing:(Free) with company name, country, region, telephone number and services. Appears below the Featured listings. We will require a link on your home page back to us. Just register as normal and you can then add a listing.
o £49 – Featured listing: With company name, country, region, telephone number and services. Then a more details link that takes the user to a details screen with all the aforementioned information plus web address, email, contact form, address, map and more images. Always appears above the Normal listings,
